JMC met DGP amid Statewide Attacks by miscreants in Terminated 10323 Teachers’ Houses

AGARTALA, Sep 18 (TIWN): 10323 Teachers, who are jobless for the last 20 months are not yet relieved from various tortures, mental harassment as recently many of the terminated teachers were attacked, their shops, vehicles were burnt by miscreants which were their only means of livelihood. In this situation, 10323 teachers have requested the DGP to take control over the hooligans and to ensure safety to the terminated teachers. Talking to the media, JMC member Bijoy Krishna Saha said that the teachers who are jobless and struggling for livelihood, are now facing everyday attacks by anti-social elements. Such kinds of attacks must be stopped.

Bijoy Krishna Saha further mentioned, JMC will also request the DGP to withdraw all the false cases which have been lodged against the terminated teachers during protest movements from time to time.
