As TMC now has appealed for 22nd September rally, the party has announced to go to Court if this time they fail to get permission for the rally. 

The Trinamool leader said, "Our first plea for 15th September was rejected stating BJP has a programme tomorrow. We will see what programme BJP will organize tomorrow. However, we did not get permission to organize a rally on 16th September and the police wrote in letter that strict action will be taken as per law. I want to tell the police, law is law...... It's never strict or soft. Law is equal for all. Now let's see what police say about September 22's rally issue. The CM of Tripura has little idea about politics and thus he is proclaiming himself as the MD of a private company and we all the common people are his employees. A match fixing is going on between police and BJP".
