AGARTALA, Sep 1 (TIWN): Trinamool Congress leaders have met Mujirbar Islam Majudmer in his home at Badharghat.

The Trinamool leader was attacked by BJP on 28th August during a joining programme in his own home.

Total 2 leaders were injured in the attack. Along with Mujirbar Islam Majumder, youth leader Subhankar Debnath was also injured, who was beaten up with iron rods by BJP goons.

Subhankar Debnath was referred to Kolkata, whom TMC General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee met in the hospital. 

Talking to media, Bengal Minister Bratya Basu said that such attacks are sufficient evidences how much the BJP is afraid of the Trinamool Congress, but the party BJP which is itself suffering from massive infighting, can't do anything now.
