AGARTALA, Aug 27 (TIWN): MBB College student Solanki Sengupta was kidnapped, her phone was broken by ABVP members in MBB College common room to stop her from contacting Trinamool leaders after she tried to promote Trinamool Congress in the College.
This was however not a new incident with her, but her mother alleged that she was beaten up 6 months back by ABVP membership holder girl students.
Solanki Sengupta basically was promoting the Trinamool student unit ahead of its foundation day and at that time ABVP members (girls, boys both) locked her in the common room and snatched her phone.
