CHARILAM, Aug 24 (TIWN): Locals have caught two thieves at Ramnagar ADC village's Pagli Bazar, under Charilam.

The detained persons are Sanjib Debbarma (22), S/O-Subidharthe Debbarma, Bishal Debbarma (23), S/O-Dilip Debbarma.

After catching them red-handed, locals garlanded them with shoes and then informed police.

Getting information, police rushed to the spot and arrested them.
