While talking to media Sarkar said, "In blood banks of the state there are shortages of blood, especially the rare blood groups, causing tension among the doctors. Even sometimes we are restricted from organizing the blood donation camps during this BJP era. Instead of using youths for beating the opposition party workers, why can't the ruling party motivate them in donating blood?" 

"The are attempting attacks on opposition parties on every basis by using a section of youth. In this way they are not only destroying their mentality but spoiling their futures too." Sarkar added.
