AGARTALA, Aug 12 (TIWN): Amid BJP was busy with Anti-Trinamool propaganda, CPI-M's massive rally in Khowai once again has proven CPI-M strong base in Tripura's soil covering hills also.

Tribes and Non-Tribes, both communities' people's participants had rocked the rally and thousands of people walked the rally with loud slogans. Amid BJP's massive attacks, threats such a rally by opposition CPI-M shows the anger among people against the BJP Govt.

The enthusiasm among people was noticeable. The rally was led by GMP President, former Minister and former MP Jitendra Choudhury.

The participants raised the slogan "Selfie Biplab Da chain na, chabo na.........." but the main slogan was "Lorai Hobe, Lorai Hobe".

While addressing the media amid the rally, Jitendra Choudhury said, "Today we have raised 12 demands. These 12 demands are actually 12 charge-sheets against the BJP Govt"

"From today's rally Biplab Deb Govt must take a lesson and stop violence in the state, otherwise, we will make sure that his Govt falls before 2023", Jitendra Choudhury added.
