AGARTALA, July 14 (TIWN): Under Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath, various schools were shut down in Tripura and during the lockdown and Covid time no minimum security has been provided to the schools which has raised numbers of thefts in the school and also taking the opportunity of the lockdown, drug addict people are capturing the Education institutions for their anti-social works.

Huge amounts of contraband items' remaining were seized from Ram Narayan High School hostel building at Bishramganj.

Locals fear, such anti-social gangs are targeting the students to be gripped by such intoxications. Role of police is not satisfactory and also the Education Dept's negligence has been blamed. 

Moreover, due to lack of maintenance walls, collapsible gates are in miserable condition which are provoking more such crimes. 

Locals have demanded relief from such problems.
