AGARTALA, June 30 (TIWN): Amid death toll among the 10323 teachers has risen high, but there is no attempt taken by Tripura BJP Govt to keep its pre-election promise given by the party leaders from national to state level ahead of 2018 Assembly Poll. Just like all other promises as 50,000 Govt Jobs' vacant filling up within 1 year of Govt formation to the promise given 10323 teachers also remained unfulfilled although before the Election a "drama" was staged about a file was sent to the Union Law Dept to save 10323 teachers' jobs but the file's update yet could not be known and death toll of the teachers raised to 104. The terminated teachers are now jobless. There are many complicated legal questions which were not answered by the State Govt. According to 10323 teachers, in the explanation of the judgement, Tripura Govt did a major blunder leading to a partiality with 10323 teachers but among1 0323 teachers four teachers' jobs were not terminated.
Such allegations are being brought by the 10323 teachers but the Education Dept did not give any answer to the questions in an "easy escaping" mode. Even after many requests, Tripura Govt has not helped the 10323 teachers' families in this Covid situation. Due to the sudden termination, it has resulted in shocks for the teachers to find alternative livelihood and moreover question raises in Covid situation, who will give livelihood ?
Many teachers who lost the BPL cards after jobs, they are not getting even minimum benefits of Covid reliefs. Could not the Govt supply at least free food to the families ?
BJP's pre-election promise to 10323 teachers has taken a 360 degree turn in 3.3 years. BJP had its clear promise to the 10323 teachers before the 2018 election that it will make a permanent solution of the teachers' problems.
