AGARTALA, June 14 (TIWN): Why is Tripura Education Dept not discussing students' psychology, tension, unexpressed pains caused due to the uncertainty of examinations ? Though CBSE examination was cancelled but so far whether examinations will be taken or not in Tripura, about this, no final decision has been taken by the Dept, rather Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath today said that after 7 days a decision will be taken. Though the Govt could point to the dangers from Covid-19 infection but it is yet unable to trace the psychological condition of the students. However, Minister Ratan Lal Nath said that 7 days more time has been taken to decide about what to do and on 21st June another meeting will be held as in today's meeting no solution came out. Also, the Govt needs to check the parents opinions which was requested by the TBSE where parents were asked to express their opinions on whether to take exams or not.

On the other hand, the Joint Entrance exam which was to be held on June 24 has been stayed for now until further order.

For the next academic sessions, 30% syllabus has been reduced.
