AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): A man's hanging body was found in Hotel Rangamati, in Melarmath Agartala.

Family members said that he was debt ridden. A girl was reported to have been in a video call when he was hanging himself. The girl was trying to save him and was telling him not to commit suicide but when he did not listen, she contacted his family member.

The deceased has been identified as Asish Sarkar (28), S/O- Haradhan Sarkar, resident of Kumarghat.
