AGARTALA, March 12 (TIWN): The announcement of outsourcing recruitment in various departments of Tripura Govt has erupted massive resentment, frustration among the unemployed youths of the state, who have been preparing for interviews for years. Opposition CPI-M's Youth Wings DYFI, TYF have called it an "Exploitation" of the future employees. Earlier in the Assembly also, this issue was raised and BJP MLA Sudip Barman himself had opposed the move of the State Govt in outsourcing recruitment. From stenographer to labour Inspector, around 100 Sectors' Candidates to be Appointed through Outsourcing. Peon, Sweeper, Nightguard, PA, Stenographer, Programme Assistant, Panchayat Extension officer etc posts under 7 categories will be filled up by outsourcing. So basically private employees will be working under Govt Depts. BJP before Election promised about 50000 Govt Jobs in 1st one year in Tripura.

Outsourcing is the business practice of hiring a party outside a company to perform services and create goods that traditionally were performed in-house by the company's own employees and staff. Outsourcing is a practice usually undertaken by companies as a cost-cutting measure.

BJP before Election promised about 50000 Govt Jobs in 1st one year in Tripura.

BJP did not mention anything about outsourcing. Outsourcing jobs are not counted as Govt Jobs as they don't have any security and much facility.

Also, BJP Govt has stopped die-in-harness jobs, pensions for new employees although MLAs, Ministers will be getting pensions even after retirement.
