AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): Tripurainfoway.com (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar on Sunday has challenged CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das to debate with him after Gautam Das claimed that he never appointed PP Ratan Datta for his Case. Addressing in his Sunday Live, TIWN Editor said, "My appeal to the blind followers of the BJP and CPI-M about truth behind CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das's case against me is Gautam Das has been represented by Biplab Deb's right hand and Govt PP Ratan Dutta in Court. All evidences are on record and available in the Website of Chief Judicial Magistrate. In 2017, Tripurainfoway.com had filed a news about Gautam Das that CBI had interrogated him in Rose Valley case. Gautam Das filed a defamation case against me, Case Number 3R373. Now, the case is presented by Ratan Dutta who is APP and also right hand of BJP Govt's CM Biplab Deb".

"The same Ratan Dutta was behind all cases against CPI-M leaders. As right hand of Biplab Deb, Ratan Dutta who worked to harass CPI-M leaders like Badal Choudhury and filing cases against courageous opposition leaders, now is fighting for CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das. Why ?""In Court, this case is on record which is found online. In that hearing, it's clearly written that PP Ratan Dutta has represented Gautam Das in case against Saumen Sarkar. But, when various newspapers had published that news, Gautam in his own newspaper "Daily Desher Katha" refuted the allegation. So, I have to say, Gautam Das is just a Liar as Biplab Deb is", the Editor said.

TIWN Editor further raised question, why was Pabitra Kar like leaders who was facing severe attacks from the BJP was sacked from West District Secretary posts ? Why no brave leader is given proper place in the party ? Why no new face is allowed in the party ? 

"We are repeatedly saying, when BJP and CPI-M workers are fighting against each other, CPI-M workers are beaten brutally, keeping the ground level workers to fight against each other, the top-layers in honeymonn", added Sarkar.
