AGARTALA, Feb 26 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb's insomnia against Truthful news publicationS and fearless Journalism is now resulting in peculiar consequences, where the BJP Chief Minister has forgotten party's moral ethics in his intrigue against the Editor. Biplab Deb's insecurity to TIWN Editor's bold speech has reached to that level that he is seeking help from CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das to intriguing against the Editor. In 2017, a case was filed by Gautam Das against Tripurainfoway (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar after multiple news publications centering CBI's questioning to Gautam Das in Rose Valley chit fund case. The case was going on but as Gautam Das' advocate became ill and could not prove anything in the Court yet, CM Biplab Deb is not leaving any chance to continue the case as this case was used by Police Dept to decorate various charges time to time. Thus. CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das's role also found in nexus with Biplab Deb in this case. In the whole matter, Gautam Das is just playing a puppet role to Biplab Deb allowing Govt PP to represent his personal case. 

Here, it has to be mentioned that CPI-M's opponent level is so low under Gautam Das that BJP Chief Minister is not caring about CPI-M Secretary's defeat or win in the case but TIWN Editor has to be defeated. It proves, CPI-M's major failure to stand as an opposition and thus TIWN Editor is indeed raising more voice for democracy than the opposition. 

Moreover, there is no provision that a personal case can be dealt at a Govt's expense with Govt lawyer.  The same PP Ratan Dutta in case Badal Choudhury had fought a lot to put Badal Choudhury in jail but what such happened that in Gautam Das's case, the same PP is fighting for him ? Why the BJP Govt is helping CPI-M State Secretary Gautam Das and dealing with cruelty against bold leaders like Badal Choudhury. 

Gautam Das also has failed to organize the party properly with major losses in all elections, failure to protect CPI-M activists amid much brutal attacks allowing massive election rigging, by not giving chance to the young generation in the CPI-M. 

On Tuesday suddenly in Gautam Das and Saumen Sarkar's case suddenly PP Ratan Dutta reached and started batting for Gautam Das. Senior Advocate Amitabha Roy Barman has raised question over it in the Court, how Govt PP can fight in personal case ?

The Case Number CR-373 / 2017, was a defamation case was filed by Gautam Das in 2017 via his that time Lawyer PP (Public Prosecutor) Luftkar Khadim against TIWN Editor Saumen Sarkar over a news publication on Gautam Das's involvements in Chit-Fund scams after CBI had interrogated Goutam Das.
