AGARTALA, Jan 20 (TIWN): Amid cold weather along with the disturbance of rain water, retrenched teachers continuous their protest on their agitation spot.

JMC protests fell in 45 days but no positive responses yet received. Patience of teachers left no more over the state govt’s silence attitude. Retrenched teachers on the agitation spot have been continuing their JMC protest with a hope that the govt will take positive steps to get back their job. But govt’s deaf and dumb attitude over 10,323 teachers and U-turn from promises before election made hopeless in every passing day.

Under debt pressure and out of frustration many teachers earlier committed suicide but observing pathetic incidents Tripura govt remained silent. But government’s heavyweight leaders of political parties have not taken any steps to meet with sacked teacher. Although, JMC protests have broken all the previous record of protest ever had in Tripura. However, sacked 10,323 teachers have continuously claiming that they never lost their job and they were terminated illegally.
