AGARTALA, Jan 3 (TIWN): Infighting has cracked BJP's all unity beyond repairing chances under Chief Minister Biplab Deb's dictator regime and majority of the MLAs are now stand against Biplab Deb demanding his replacement. This situation erupted in state after state's media in way to boycott CM Biplab Deb due to unrestrained attacks upon the media persons in state. In the wake of BJP MLA Sushanta Chowdhury's rally at Majlishpur, Biplab Deb's close coterie Pratima Bhowmik, Tinku Roy and Rajib Bhattacharjee threatened the Majlishour kariyakartas, leaders to disband the plans and programmes of the rally but amid such attacks and threats, the rally has been ensured by Sushanta Chowdhury.
This rally was announced amid Majlishpur Mandal President Gauranga Debnath was sacked from his post. On the background of the rally, MLA Sushanta Chowdhury said, "We recently conducted a rally in our constituency Majlishpur but under the state office's order, some outsider women and members were sent in my constituency to create a clash in that rally. However, police and our kariyakartas solved the matter with lots of patience".
"We have a bike rally on 3rd January but to cancel it, our Mandal President was again asked for his help but after he denied any anti-party activity which may create crisis in the party, he was sacked and an intrigue was played to send him to other District.
Sacked Mandal President, Gauranga Debnath was also present and said that his full support is with Sushanta Chowdhury.
Our rally on 3rd January will be against the CPI-M and will be held at any cost. They are trying to weaken my strength and thus has targeted the Mandal because CPI-M leader now has become BJP's Yuva Morcha leader here. Such things must be stopped or Modi ji's dream on Tripura will be never succeeded", said Sushanta Chowdhury.
Confirmed sources informed that majority of the BJP MLAs are against Biplab Deb over his immature politics, dictator style of controlling party and governance.
