AGARTALA, Dec 29 (TIWN): Road construction, slow pace of work, has reached their peak due to low-quality materials. However, ignoring the somersaults of public, Biplab Deb is touring the state by helicopter for short visits.

Crowds blocked road at Devdaru in Jolaibari to protest. Locals alleged that heavy dust is blowing on this road due to heavy traffic and when they complained to manager Suman Paul about the fact he said that there is no rule for watering the road. 

 After locals met DWS engineer Utpal Debnath he also ignored the matter. Road work has been going on for 3 years but the suffering of the residents of the area is not being met.
