AGARTALA, Dec 26 (TIWN): The DYFI-TYF-SFI-TSU demonstrated a protest rally in Agartala demanding the arrest of the accused in Ramnagar attack.

While addressing the rally, General Secretary Amalendu Debbarma said, “BJP miscreants are assaulting our youth leaders and activists on daily basis. The miscreants vandalized their homes and attacked their family members brutally. They hurled petrol bombs in Joydeep Raut’s house and smashed window glass on a child. When our youth organization was working for the people, demanding their rights, BJP goons entered their houses and started attacking them to cover the ruling party’s weakness”.

“Within 1-1.5 km from Police Headquarter, the miscreants have performed a series of attacks on our leaders. Despite all this, Tripura Police is playing a paralyzed role in taking crime spree on air. Our movement will become stronger day by day until the BJP miscreants are caught”, Amalendu added.
