AGARTALA, Dec 24 (TIWN): Agitating 10323 Teachers have started repeated strong claims on error of interpretation of the 127 of the original judgement iand said, if the present Govt wants, it can rectify the mistakes which were done by the previous Govt's legal experts. Addressing on 18th Day of protest, 10323 teacher Ajay Debbarma said, "Former CM and present CM may discuss about us. But they discussed about 13,000 non-teaching posts recruitment but it will come later, what about the wrongdoing under the previous Govt in 10323 teachers case's verdict implementation ? 127 para said that the jobs which were challenged on the basis of revised employment policy those are dismissed, but previously those whose jobs were given earlier, their jobs are not terminated".

"My question is, can't the Govt review its decision since 2014's Dipak Gupta's judgement ? Now you have given termination letter as per para 127 but no termination letter was given to us".
"Just make a list who were terminated. If you have courage, release those names by 3 days or explain para 127", said Ajay Debbarma.
This statement came after former CM Manik Sarkar met CM Biplab Deb and demanded 13,000 non-teaching posts recruitment.

"Arrest me if I am confusing people by my speech...........", said Ajay Debbarma.

He said, "Only 462 teachers jobs were challenged and those jobs had gone in the original judgement. We are ready for discussion but Govt should discuss the matter".

Ajay Debbarma said that the petition had been filed on the basis of Para 127 of the original judgment passed by the  division bench of the Tripura high court comprising then chief justice Dipak Kumar Gupta and Swapan Chandra Das on May 7 2014 . The jobs of 10,323 teachers had been given on ground of recruitment policy of 2003 of the state government.

Moreover, the non-teaching employees including the 900 science teachers' appointed on the basis of the same 2003 rules were relaxed from the affect of the order.
