AGARTALA, Nov 2 (TIWN): Notifying about the ongoing movements in Tripura politics, Tripurainfoway.com (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar has said in his Sunday live that removal of Biplab Deb from the Chief Minister's post is guaranteed when various MLAs are already against him and held meeting at MLA Ram Prasad Pal's home after their Delhi visit centering demand of removal of Dictator Biplab Deb from the Chief Ministry. The Editor said that the removal of Biplab Deb from CM post is already decided and there is no doubt that he will be removed from Chief Ministry. At the end of November, central observer team will visit Tripura and will talk to the MLAs about this and already it is decided that Biplab Deb has to be replaced but right now various elections are going on in the country which may delay the process of replacing CM for few months. "There is no doubt that Biplab Deb will be removed and if we assume that he will not be removed then also there are options of no confidence motion against CM in the Assembly. As we know, the CPI-M has 16 MLAs and only 15 needed to succeed the no-confidence-motion at 31. Already 18 MLAs joined against Biplab Deb. So, the Central BJP does not actually have any option except replacing Deb.
This statement came after 18 BJP MLAs held meeting at MLA Ram Prasad Pal's home on yesterday in a setting to discuss about the next move. Due to Biplab Deb's Chief Ministry and his Dictator rule, no MLA, Minister could perform properly as no freedom was given to them to work independently.
Tripura CM alone has been holding 27 departments, although he does not have capacity even to run a single department.
