AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Sep 25 (TIWN): TIWN’s exposure on Biplab Deb’s sudden Delhi visit after being summoned by BJP HQ, failure to post any fresh pics of meeting with Amit Shah, PM Modi but posted 6 months old meeting pics in FB. Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb is being trolled in social media, criticized in state newspapers for his lies in his social media page's updates where he has failed to upload fresh photos with the Central leaders like PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, but was desperate enough to put old pictures saying, he met with the leaders. Whether he could meet the Central leaders amid massive controversy over his misruling, attacking statement on media and undemocratic speeches it has irked heavy questions.

Followed by his viral and controversial statement, ending the Assembly Session Biplab Deb suddenly left for Delhi on 21st September but sources said that his visit is not succeeded yet, led him to extend the visiting days. TIWN Editor Saumen Sarkar has questioned Chief Minister Biplab Deb with an ironical question, "In 2 1/2 yrs, this is first time Biplab Deb couldn’t show fresh pics after so called meeting (?) Modi, Amit Shah in Delhi, so CM using 6 months old pics. Truly historic visit by Tripura CM. Who said ? History never forgives, my name is B........#"

With an 6 months old photo of March 7 with Amit Shah, Biplab Deb had tweeted, "Met Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah ji at New Delhi. We had fruitful discussion regarding the issue of resettlement of Bru migrants, fund release for ICP Sabroom & Police modernisation. He assured earliest help and directed officials in this regard. Also discussed on the high power empowering committee constitution for strengthening of ADC.He wishes for the well-being of people of Tripura.I wished him on behalf of the people of Tripura for his good health". But he was heavily criticized in social media for uploading old photo of March 7, 2020. Then uploading his old photo with PM Modi, CM this time has written "File Photo" which has provoked the trolling further, raising questions, whether PM Modi actually met Biplab Deb led him to end with another old photo to give an fake impression about his so called successful Delhi visit. ​
