AGARTALA, Sep 18 (TIWN): Law Minister Ratanlal Nath has announced that there are FIRs against former CM Manik Sarkar and other CPI-M top leaders for spreading COVID in state.
This statement came after CPI-M MLAs had walked out of the BAC meeting ahead of 1 day Assembly disagreeing with certain issues.
Ratanlal Nath also has said that Govt has lists about how many unpermitted programmes were done by CPI-M in the COVID situation.

The issue will be revealed by opposition CPI-M shortly but Ratanlal Nath said that already FIRs against Manik Sarkar, Manik Dey and many CPI-M leaders were filed because, they are highest responsible for COVID-spread with unpermitted programmes.
