'Why Brother-Brother fight, Husband-Wife fight should come in Papers ?' AICC General Secretary asked Tripura Congress to strengthen Unity in Party

AGARTALA, Sep 12 (TIWN): 'Why Brother-Brother fight should be published in Papers ?', asked AICC General Secretary Bhupen Borah to Tripura Congress over increasing infighting in the party. He has asked the Congress to strengthen unity in the party first and to set main goals of the party in state. Borah talked to leaders personally and also in group, ended issues by discussion.

Based on Congress party’s ongoing issues in Tripura, AICC had directed Tripura Congress that AICC Tripura Incharge cum National Secretary Bhupen Borah will be visiting Tripura sortly. This order was released by Luizinho Falerio on Sep 7, General Secretary of National Congress saying, this announced strike will be postponed. Earlier, followed by attack on Birjit Sinha 17 cells of the Congress party had called on a strike, but State Congress President Pijush Biswas cancelled the programme. But the faction continued and on that time from Centre this notification has been issued. 

Bhupen Borah has arrived in Tripura beyond any planned programme but with the infighting among Congress workers and leaders have recently increased, he has rushed in Tripura under National Congress's decision. 

Bhupen Borah was heard telling the workers whether does it look good when Congress's infighting comes in newspapers ? He also has said, unless Congress is united, nothing can be happened here and all hardworks will go in vein, because they are not united.

Borah was also referring something related to call records saying, recording someone's phone talks and using against each other are totally indiscipline activity. He has asked Congress to strengthen the unity, instead of giving importance to positions and posts. 

 Hour-long meetings held among the Congress leaders with him, decided on the party agendas in coming days. Talking to media, Bhupen Borah has assured that by next 15 days people will see Congress's unity and then after 6 months a new incharge for Congress will be appointed by National Congress.
