AGARTALA, July 18 (TIWN): JUMLA after JUMLA damaged Biplab Deb’s credibility beyond repair as much hyped Ship arrival in Sonamura turning a Joke. Faceloss once again for Tripura Chief Minister as he has failed again to prove his challenge of getting a ship into Sonamura on July 18. regarding vessel's arrival in river Gomati. CPI-M in a social media post said, "CM's Ship turned Steamer, Steamer turned Car.......so much variety of CM's claim". Senior Congress leader Gopal Roy slammed Biplab Deb asking him to stop playing "JUMLA".
Earlier CM assured that by 2019 ship will arrive via Gomati river whereas the deadline continued to cross but on last week CM claimed tall, "On 14th July small ship is kicking off from Haldia Port and entering Tripura. Did anyone imagine ? On 18th July, that ship is coming", but as on 18th July nothing happened and now it is said that till Chittagong the ship will come as beyond that it can not come due to lack of navigate capacity of the Gomati river, thus opposition is lambasting the CM. However, from Govt side, no clear picture has been given about the programme yet.

"500 tons ship will never come now in Sonamura. The jetty will be thrown out when rain will come. Even Chand Soudagarh's (a mythological figure) boat did not enter today", said Gopal Roy.
However, amid all allegations, what will happen with the commodities sent for Tripura and how they will arrive, it's to be revealed soon.
