AGARTALA, July 16 (TIWN): Tripura Sports Minister Manoj Deb has invited Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Kiren Rijiju to visit Tripura to see the condition of infrastructure here.

According to Tripura Sports Minister, Rijuju has assured to visit Tripura once the country is recovered from COVID-19.

Demand for more infrastructure in state Tripura was raised by the Sport Minister of Tripura.

Their conversation took place when Rijuju held a video conference meeting with all Sports Ministers of India on Wednesday.

Minister Manoj Deb also informed that right now sports events will not be started specially which are obvious to bring players in contact including Football, Kabaddi.
