In her police complaint, the victim said she had met the accused i.e Sagar Mallick, resident of Bankumari Sahapara area, two months back. And for long two months he made physical relationship with her by promising for marriage. On 30th May he called the victim to meet him infront of Bankumari park for marriage but when she reached the accused denied and physically assaulted her. The local people rushed to the spot and rescued her from that place.

 

The complainant also alleged that from 30th May he continued to threaten the victim and her mother. And his father Shibaprashad Mallick who is working in Fire service have threatened her to murder also.

 

The complain letter has been submitted to East Agartala Women PS, police took a case on it and started investigating the matter.
