AGARTALA, July 14 (TIWN): Former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar has lambasted the BJP led Tripura Govt aftermath continuous attacks in the blood donation camps. Today after CPI-M party office was set on fire ahead of Blood Donation camp organized by DYFI, condemning attacks on democracy, Manik Sarkar said, “I strongly condemn such incidents. Everyday there are attacks. Can the Govt tell us, where to conduct the blood donation camp ? When we were in Govt all blood donation camps maximum happened in schools. Now, what the Ministers are collecting from school, all knows (liquor bottles). Without getting permission, such a blood donation camp was happening in a home but there also attacks brought. What is happening ? This is very condemnable, cheap politics is playing by BJP. When asked, the Minister (Ratanlal Nath) could not answer properly, although, he loves talking. Whatever is coming in his mouth, he is saying”. Sarkar praised, West Tripura DM Sandeep Mahatme for giving permission daringly to the DYFI amid administrative hurdles.

He further stated, “Amid all these, they could not stop the blood donation camps. The youths who are being used by the party to attack the opposition they are not 100% responsible for it. It is the leaders who are responsible”, said Manik Sarkar.

Sarkar also added, BJP is doing this as they failed to give 7th Central Pay Commission, Missed Call Jobs, 50,000 Jobs. So they are frustrated.

Manik Sarkar also condemned privatization of TSR recruitment.

“BJP has released its activists to do anything from breaking legs to murder. Maximum of them will understand and leave the party soon”, said Manik Sarkar.
