AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): With the Paralyzed Transport system on Sunday, public have hurled questioned at Tripura Govt's Sunday-Lockdown when the ruling party leaders are breaking Social Distancing everyday. A sudden lockdown in the Unlock period has put the public in trouble, but from morning police were on duty to keep people in home and also many were arrested. Legal action were taken against a large numbers of people who violated social distancing or unnecessarily came out of home. Law Minister Ratanlal Nath also said that Govt will take strict action if public attempt to break the lockdown laws. In Agartala also, no vehicle was seen plying on roads, whereas tight security was imposed in the state. Police were seen not allowing anyone to go out without any emergency or proper reason.

Tripura’s Corona virus cases have reached to 1,525, recovery cases 1,199 and 1 death. On yesterday also, 25 persons tested COVID-19 Positive. The Tripura government started free distribution of vitamin-C-enriched pineapple and lemon juice among the people in urban areas to increase their immunity against Covid-19, here on Saturday.
