Attacks in Blood Donation camps in Tripura : CPI-M youth wings complained to WHO and 13 more international organizations

AGARTALA, June 26 (TIWN): In a move against increasing political attacks in blood donation camps, Tripura SFI, DYFI, TYF, TSU have decided to raise the issue at the international level as such incident never occurred in whole world.

The CPI-M’s students and youths wings have announced this before media through a press conference.

DYFI State Secretary Nabarun Deb said that such attacks have not stopped even after complaining to the Govt followed by 2 persons’ deaths in blood crisis.

The letter shared with media sent to the Director General of WHO, with the subject of “Unwanted Obstruction in Voluntary Blood donation---Requesting support for removal of difficulties”.  More 13 such organizations to be complained about the incidents.

DYFI Secretary Nabarun Deb also pronounced all the incidents where blood donation camps were attacked by BJP starting from March 3rd, 2018.
