Another teacher Bhaskar Deb was too attacked in the recent times. A deputation was placed to SP West by 2 members of Amra 10323 group. Taking to media, former teacher Dalia Das said, “We have told the SP that we are teachers and we don’t have any intention to harm the society. We have told him that we are not in any job. Our families are helpless. We are not getting any salaries. So what should we do ? We have to start everything form zero and thus for our rights, we have to stage silent protestâ€.
“Our teacher Chayan Saha was severely attacked on 14th June in midnight. The miscreants wanted to break the door and then stone pelted on their home. On 15th June our another teacher Bhaskar Deb's family in his home was attacked, after around 80 to 90 people went to his home in bikes. On that time, Bhaskar Deb was not at home and in his absence his father was threatened to stop his son from giving leadership to 10323 teachers and if he can’t stop leadership, then his hands and legs will be broken”, said Dalia Das.
