BISHALGRAH, June 16 (TIWN): BJP's unruly elements continue to attack opposition party workers statewide. BJP Govt turned super flop in gaining public satisfaction in Tripura after more than 2 years of rule, unemployment rate increased double and Vision Document turned a major problem for the ruling BJP as Govt failed to fulfill any major promise to the people, the party’s continuous violent attacks on opposition hit the law and order. Today, CPI-M organized a statewide protest demanding rights of people in Lockdown crisis, which fueled various attacks on the CPI-M party across state. In such an incident, BJP workers allegedly entered CPI-M party office, vandalized it and also beaten a senior citizen in Bishalgarh subdivision under Sepahijala District.
However, as per BJP’s ‘unofficial rules’ for Tripura, police did not take any action against the BJP workers, rather, BJP filed a case against CPI-M alleging CPI-M attempted to kill BJP workers. Today, a statewide protest was staged demanding financial helps for the needy, daily workers by CPI-M Party which was a part of Politburo announced national protest programme.
