AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): On Monday 118 patients were released in Tripura after they tested negative and recovered from COVID-19. But while talking to media, they complained that they did not get any vehicle yet to return home. Few of them are from South Tripura, whereas few from other Districts but as no vehicle was given to them, the persons remained standing before the care centre. Expressing resentment, they said that not only today, inside also, the management is very poor and no cleanliness is maintained there. After 5 days of gap also cleaners don’t come to clean the food items. After such unhealthy conditions, when they were released today, Govt has failed to give any vehicle to them, whereas while brining, the State Govt officials assured that their travels will be under care of the Govt fully. This is not first, but authority’s negligence have been reported again and again in the State during COVID-19 management. Then, private vehicles were arranged and few managed cars anyhow by their families. Later however, few buses were seen which picked the stranded people up from the Care centre main gate.
