AGARTALA, June 15 (TIWN): Terminated 10323 teachers have given an ultimate warning to the BJP led State Govt asking it to fulfill the pre-election given promises to the former teachers which said to save the livelihood of the teachers if BJP voted to power. Talking to media on Monday in Agartala, 10323 teacher Bimal Saha said that instead of keeping promises, the BJP Govt is now using Home Dept’s machinery as Police behind the teachers. Bimal Saha also accused that BJP Govt for pushing the Mandal and playing games at the party level to weaken the movement of the 10323 teachers. “We are not going to compromise with anything. We built this organization to save the teachers lives. We know that protests, movements are only means to save 10323 teachers livelihood. I said the same under the previous Govt also. Thus, our organization will work in this direction today also”, said Bimal Saha, hitting the politically motivated organizations of the 10323 teachers and attempts of luring them by political leaders.

Condemning arrest of former teacher Kamal Dey, Bimal Saha said that such arrests and attacks can’t change things. “73 days gone but Education Minister Ratanlal Nath has not found any solution of our issue. This is a shame. On the other side, police machinery is after us by the Home Dept. We condemn it”, said Saha.

“We are not going to leave you, if you don’t keep your promise”, the former teacher told BJP Govt.
