“We closed the COVID-19 chapters with 2 patients long back but again it started firstly after BSF 138 Bn which did not follow national guidelines and then common men started jointly with their careless attitude. We have done our duty by bringing the stranded people to home but now it is their responsibility to follow Home Quarantine, regardless positive or negative reports”, said Deb.
