Allegedly, on Monday around 6 pm after seeing her body smeared with blood on the floor, neighbours informed police. Amtali police rushed to the spot and recovered her body.

 

SDPO while talking to the media said,"The actual reason behind her murder is yet to be found. Though after investigating about it we get to know that she had a fight with her husband yesterday and her husband is absconding now. We are suspecting him behind her murder." 

 

He further added," We are searching for the weapon used for murder. Also, we've sent the body for post mortem."

 

This incident horrified the locals of Dukli area. Police is searching for her husband, Manik Gope.
