AGARTALA, May 22 (TIWN): In an ‘Atmanirbharshil’ message, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has asked the farmers to focus on beekeeping.

In an inspiration to the beekeepers, CM said that by taking this project in hand, a farmer can earn at least Rs. 50000 to Rs.70000.

CM said, “We all need to purchases our cloths during Durga puja and if a beekeepers works properly then the money will come from there”.

“There are around 5,000 beekeepers in Tripura. You do not need to spend a lot time for that and bees will be working for you. Also agriculture will be flourishing in those areas, where bees’ movements are massive. If a farmer does not know all the works, s/he can easily hire workers with little pays”, CM added.
