AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, April 1 (TIWN): Congress leader Gopal Roy has slammed BJP Govt over lack of funds, lack of proper management across state to deal poverty and starvation during lockdown.

Addressing media, Gopal Roy raised question, where is Central fund and why the State Govt is seeking funds from private sectors ?

Roy said, “I amd appreciating that various clubs are helping the people to manage the pandemic led crisis created here. But, where is the Govt’s role ? It is promising many things but the outcomes are zero. Even various people who are stuck in other states, are still without lodging”.

“Govt can not be silent. Look at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. Our Chief Minister is sitting in home and I have however  seen he is inaugurating ambulances in house dress. If anyone falls sick, how they will come ? Where is the Management ? Ratanlal Nath has visited the hospital but he is just the Chanakya of politics but in BJP he is the 2^nd stick of Dhaak”, alleged Roy.

“The swiping staffs are not getting salaries. The toilets are left in pathetic shape. Infrastructure needs to be developed. Why there will be mask-crisis ? A towel can not mitigate crisis. Medicines are unavailable”, Gopal Roy told media.

He said, India got huge funds in donations but it is not investing, slamming the Govt over negligence of BJP led Central Govt over virus spread.

Roy also hit the BJP Govt over inhuman treatment to poor people across India, releasing spray on the poor.
