AGARTALA, Jan 30 (TIWN): With another jolt for Tripura Govt, it now has to pay 10323 teachers who passed in TET examinations on regular scale under an order from the Court.
No fixed pay rule will be imposed on them. Reportedly, the fixed scale appointment itself was cancelled by High Court asking Govt to pay according on regular basis.

Court has also directed Govt to treat the teachers according to their service rule and their paying method should be counted from their appointment time’s rule when they joined as 10323 teachers, instead of TET exam led appointment time.
But court has also said that the teachers’ seniority should be counted from the re-recruitment time.
The teachers thus will get pension, gratuity just like before they were getting as 10323 teachers.
