AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Jan 11 (TIWN): Tripura BJP's top criminals from Pratima to Rama Prasad Pal to Krishnadhan Das led crime empires problems now added with new allegations of at least 5 MLAs of ruling party BJP are having Fake Scheduled Caste (SC) certificates. Tripura Congress on Saturday said that the Party is going to expose the names shortly alongwith a deputation was placed before the District Magistrate of the West District. Addressing media, Congress leaders cum resigned BJP former Vice President of Tripura, Subal Bhowmik said, "In this state after independence it never happened that a Govt does not have any SC in the Cabinet but under the BJP rule, no SC elected MLA is having the position in Cabinet. Even though 17% is SC in Tripura in pen and papers, but in reality it is 20% that the population is covered by SC. There are 10 reserved seats in SC and total 8 seats are own by ruling BJP alone. But in last 21 months, not a single SC Minister Tripura people got, a huge partiality to the SC sections of people". Coming to the main point, Subal Bhowmik told media, "Till now the latest information says that BJP has 5 MLAs who are having fake degrees. They are not SC. I have papers and Congress will reveal the MLAs names within few days".

The Congress leader further alleged that BJP has handedover various lakes, water-bodies to BJP mafias without any tender. Congress demanded to handover the water-bodies to unemployed youths via proper tendering system.

A deputation was placed to the District Magistrate led by Congress SC leaders as Sanjay Das, Praksh Das, Ratan Das, Rakesh Das, Subadh Das and others. 

Bhowmik while leading the rally, further criticized the BJP Govt for not appointing new Ministers amid vacant post, alleging huge corruptions are going on even in a nexus with the Central BJP leaders.

Earlier BJP MLA Krishnadhan Das's fake degree certificate was disclosed by TIWN and how two HS passed certificates in a single affidavit filed to the Election Commission of India. However, Election Commission didn't take any action yet, but TIWN published the news in 2018, November, a daily worker in his facebook shared that news and police arrested him at night 2 am from his home without lodging any FIR.
