After Congress activist Arindam Bhattacharjee got interim bail Congress leader Subal Bhomwik commented, when public lost its trust on judiciary with this judgementm once again, faith on judicial system has been restored today. In an expected judgement and major blow for Tripura BJP and its slave police, Court has rejected police remand plea in Arindam Bhattacharjee case who was arrested on yesterday night from his home by West Agartala Police over an anti-BJP facebook post. Police arrested him after one Victor Shome, who is BJP media cell head filed a case in West PS.

Arindam didn’t put any objectional thing in facebook, rather expressed concern of hacking if they call in BJP’s given missed call number which is given even by various frauds, Netflix offer and beauty girls.Advocate Arindam Bhattacharjee said that this case is a new funny incident in legal history when ahead of hearing I/O added fresh IPCs. Police demanded 5 days remand for Arindam. But Court has rejected the plea and gives bail to Arindam Bhattacharjee.

Yesterday, Arindam was produced before Court with huge numbers of security forces and reacting over it Gopal Roy, Congress leader said, this is condemnable to produce a youth without any issue like a terrorist. At last in a huge defeat for Biplab Deb and his party, Arindam got bail.

Youth Congress activist Arindam Bhattacharjee who was arrested in a false case according to BJP’s whims and fancy after he asked public not to call in BJP’s CAA given number as this number is not safe, was produced before the  Court just like a terrorist is produced with huge arm forces.

The situation in court based on Arindam’s simple facebook post which was alleged for creation ‘religious disharmony’ although Arindam’s post not even 1% related with the allegation led war-like situation in the Court. Talking to media in a surprised face, Congress leader Gopal Roy said, “Our brother Arindam has just been produced before the court. But what is this ? Across arm forces are set like this as if it is Kargil war. Even Kashmir does not have that much of police and arm forces. Are we extremist that Kargil like situations are staged inside the court ? Why is the Home Ministry so worried ? A boy against whom a false case was file, why Govt is so worried about him ?”
