AGARTALA , Jan 3 (TIWN): GB is facing the worst situation under CM Biplab Deb , who's the current Health Minister also.One of the most important Hospitals of the state is GB running from shortage of money and for that the services are cut off.

Before the election, Modi had promised to gift Tripura a HIRA and in returned after BJP assumed in power, free medical services were scrapped but still the situation is like this. Nodoubtedly, under the previous Left Govt such situation never erupted.

As the Hospital authority couldn't pay the gas cylinder bills ,the TNGCL authority have stopped the gas service in GB. Patients are not getting any food as cooking in GB Hospital is stopped for an uncertain period for the shortage of gas cylinders.The Hospital authority is not paying the bill from past 6 months and the amount have crossed over 5 lakhs. But strangely ,even in such serious situation ,Tripura health department is not paying any attention to the matter. Deb is seen talking about bringing AIIMS ,Apollo in the state but as a Health Minister have completely failed to provide good services in the hospitals of Tripura.
