AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Nov 30 (TIWN): Reacting over BJP's interference in various crime cases, manipulation of crime diaries by ruling BJP across India, National Marxist, Women Politburo member Brinda Karat on Saturday has slammed PM Modi's washing-power which has set to clean criminals' crimes once they become BJP fellows. Addressing media, Brinda Karat in Agartala said, "Only the Govt data figured out unlimited crime against women in India under the BJP. The latest data says that everyday 10,600 at least registered cases are there across India. This is a record by breaking previous records. Such pathetic situations never was visible earlier in this country. 93% are the rape cases registered everyday among them and maximum victims are minor. So what Modi Govt promised in the Election manifesto the outcomes are just the opposite. Moreover, maximum crimes are backed the ruling BJP party itself".She cited example of Uttar Pradesh where serial rape accused Swami is attempted to be saved by every means.Karat further said, "All such incidents proves one thing only. Just raise slogan of BJP Zindabaad and get relief from sins and punishments in Modi's new Washing Powder".

Her statement gets a ground in Tripura where BJP has manipulated a case where a woman was raped by 10 rapists and because all are BJP, police and party all came on ground to save the rapists and produced before court in different manner than other accused in the state, whereas in another case, where in Udaipur Ramesh H S School in sexual assault case, BJP Party came in naked form to target the minor victim after she complained and save the BJP spokesperson Subrata Chakraborty cum Ramesh School teacher without any FIR or investigation and brought the matter under "mutuality" after over a week of the complaint of the victim's mother.

Brinda Karat is an Indian politician, elected to the Rajya Sabha as a Communist Party of India member on 11 April 2005 for West Bengal. In 2005, she became the first woman member of the CPI-M Politburo.

She has led a massive rally of women here in Agartala.
