It is to mention that , to protest against the publication of the case of molestation of a student by the school teacher Subrata Chakraborty ,who is happened to be the Prabhari and spokesman of BJP in media , BJP has organised a press conference in their state office . And there they claimed it as a conspiracy by oppositions against BJP. But the question arises how they can state something without any kind of investigation? 

There's special law  to investigate such matters involving sexual molestation of minors  . But shockingly the school authority did not even accept the victim's mother's application ,rather the principal of school  Shyama Nath, also Ramesh School teachers Monojit Dhar, Bhaskar Nandan Sarkar had visited her house for mutual agreement and close the matter internally. But when they couldn't convince her mother ,then they changed the technique of the game .

On Tuesday they have called the victim with her mother in the school and there they have pressurised her for changing her statement and forcibly took victim's mother's sign on a false application that claims the whole matter is fake and Subrata Chakraborty is completely innocent. And then the BJP IT cell have published the picture of that letter in social media and disclosed the victim's name ,her mother's name and her adress while claiming the innocence of Subrata Chakraborty. This action was completely against the law and this made the life of victim and her family suffer even more .

Now the question arises ,if Subrata Chakraborty is not guilty then why the principal Shyama Nath herself went to the victim's house for mutual agreement? Why BJP and it's IT cell is trying their best to minimize the matter internally instead of walking on the path of rule and law ?

BJP leader cum Teachers Monojot Dhar, Bhaskar Nandan Sarkar alongwith sexual molestor Subrata Chakraborty trying to save the day by forcing the victim's mother to sign a forged application with false dates of incident occurance l24th Nov (which is sunday, Nov 24), but forgetting the fact that already audio, video recordings of victim is taken into possession, which will be used in future to terminate all three from Ramesh School Teaching Jobs and likely prison term subsequently.
