UDAIPUR, Nov 27 ( TIWN ) : In Udaipur Ramesh School girl student sexual molestation issue, these BJP leaders forced victim’s mother to sign a declaration but made a big blunder as the incident took place on Saturday, 23 Nov but in forceful letter, BJP goons wrote incident took place on 24th Nov, which falls on Sunday, when school was closed.

 Whole day BJP local activists’ entrance in the School library were seen, whereas many phone call records of students including a teacher’s voice recording with few students to manipulate the issue.

The ruling BJP party and the Ramesh H S School authority including School's Head Mistress were pressurizing the molestation victim's family for withdrawing the sexual harassment case of a minor student against the school's teacher Subrata Chakraborty, BJP spokesperson. 

On Tuesday the School authority, teachers have called the victim with her mother in school and immensely pressurized them by scaring them with power to change their statement.

The incident took place on Saturday when the teacher of Ramesh HS school Udaipur Subrata Chakraborty,  who is happen to be the Prabhari and spokesman of BJP, harassed a minor student of class IX. But surprisingly after knowing the whole matter, the HM Incharge hasn’t taken any step against him so far. Instead they are trying their best to withdraw the allegation. On Wednesday after calling the victim and her mother they have taken her signature in a false statement forcefully.

After hearing the conversation of victim with her friend, it even got more clear that how  Subrata Chakraborty harassed the girl, and in what mental condition she is now.

It came to know that, in the state where BJP Govt is praising the slogans like 'Beti bachao, Beti padhao', the education minister of the state himself is taking part in oppressing the voice of the victim.

It even came to know that the school authority including the HM and teachers like Manajit Dhar, Bhaskar Nandan Sarkar who are happen to be Teacher cum BJP leaders of Udaipur, were going to the victim's house from the Monday night to pressurize them for changing their statement. But the victim's mother told them that she will not do that and the decision will be taken after her father comes in Tripura, who works in out of the stare.

On Tuesday SFI has given the deputation to District Education officer for getting proper Justice Against this case. Now the question arises why the principle Shyama Nath had gone to the victim's family after schools period? Why the school authority with BJP leaders tried their best for minimising the whole matter and trying to prevent the criminal from getting the punishment?

Now BJP has received a compromise type of letter from the victim family claiming no injustice was done to the girl.
