AGARTALA, Nov 27 (TIWN): Former Health Minister Sudip Barman lost his Ministry after allegedly he protested against such corruptions, one of which exposed today.

Ahead of the tender given violating the rules, reportedly, Barman talked against it and thus immediately he was replaced after the dept taken over by Chief Minister Biplab Deb himself.

Today, on the Division Bench of High Court has disposed the matter of and judgment was in favour of Biocon.

As the tender was given to the new company illegally, which is Mumbai based M/s Reliance life style private Ltd. Belongs to Dhirubhai Ambani group , which had no proper papers and performance card, thus the High Court cancelled that tender and given it to Biocon.

Question arises, how an inexperienced company can got the tender, and even got the clean chit too from the special investigating team of Tripura Govt?
