AGARTALA, Oct 21 (TIWN): Hitting the BJP led State Govt on its politically motivated case against CPI-M former PWD Minister Badal Choudhury and putting retired Govt officials names in the case, pushing them in jail, eminent Lawyer Bikash Bhattacharjee after hearing at Tripura High Court completed on Badal Choudhury’s anticipatory bail petition commented what will happen after today is no honest official will work dedicatedly in future here.

‘Tripura Govt’s action against developmental works has demoralized Bureaucrats to work honestly’ , Bhattacharjee stated.

Bikash Bhattacharjee also said, “The way the Attorney General is keen to take Badal Choudhury into custody it displays it as a politically motivated case totally”.

Hearing was completed from both sides whereas the order is expected tomorrow.

In the politically motivated case against former PWD Minister Badal Choudhury and other Govt officials, former PWD Chief Engineer Sunil Bhowmik who is very sick is allegedly kept in very brutal way in the custody. He is now admitted in GB hospital.

However, the opposite parties are doing their best to fight back the Govt but it has been seen that the soul aim of the Govt has become to take the opposition leader Badal Choudhury in the custody although they know the case has no ground, alleged the Badal Choudhury’s party.
