Arrested Tripura NSUI activists get bail in HC’s order

AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Oct 4 (TIWN): Four arrested NSUI activists have received bails in High Court’s order after 21 days they were arrested by Tripura Police in a criminal conspiracy case after they were caught during picketing in Kailashahar sub-division of Unakoti District in Tripura, when Congress was observing a 24 hours strike.
Holding a press conference, Congress students, youth wings led by Rakesh Das, Samrat Roy announced it welcoming the decision of the High Court on Thursday.
Congress also demanded arrests of ABVP activists who were involved in attacking Congress office.
