‘No invitation to Law Minister in Court-building inauguration after he protested against ESMA law’, claims Congress

AGARTALA, Sep 17 (TIWN): Congress leader Subal Bhowmik today has alleged a ‘Power Tussle’ between Tripura CM Biplab Deb and Law Minister Ratanlal Nath.

Ratanlal Nath was a former Congress MLA, joined BJP before Assembly Election 2018. The Minister is holding heavy depts as Law, Education.

Right now Ratanlal Nath’s name is heard among the popular faces as he is one of them who apparently running the Govt, but today holding a press meet, Congress leader, Subal Bhowmik alleged that the controversial ESMA law was not supported  by Tripura Law Minister Ratanlal Nath and as a result Nath did not get invitation in two court’s inauguration programmes.

However, what is the source of the information, Subal Bhowmik kept it hidden from media.

On September 3rd, amid oppositions’ protests, walkouts Tripura Assembly has passed the Essential Services Maintenance Act (ESMA) Bill which directs Govt and Private employees to continue services without any disruption.

This bill to empower police to arrest people in service who disrupts works in various means and this arrest will be without warrant, but this bill has added private employees in Tripura.
