Increasing unemployment rate concerns nation under Modi Era, Tripura ranked 2nd in unemployment rate under CMIE report

AGARTALA, Sep 6 (TIWN): Low GDP, high unemployment rate hit India's economy under Modi era. Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy that is CMIE’s monthly data has ranked Tripura Tripura in the second position for unemployment rates out of 29 states in India for August-2019.Tripura’s unemployment rate is 27.9 %, which is second. The unemployment rate has increased however than before but Tripura earlier was occupying 1st position and now it is second. In the top position it is Haryana with 28.7%. Tripura BJP led State Govt has focused on self-dependency and self-employment as the first priority and Govt jobs in various Dept are going on but there are pending demands of the job aspirants as Homeopathic field, Veterinary field. The BJP led State Govt has announced to recruit 50 TCS and TPS officers per year in Tripura, recently Chief Minister Biplab Deb has announced.Deb has announced that total around 50,000 youths have been under scrutiny after they applied online for TSR jobs. Total 2,200 TSR jawans to be recruited in the State.About1400 Govt jobs have been given since BJP Govt came in power. Many recruited via TET.

Education Minister Ratanlal Nath said that in November-2019 huge numbers of teachers will be recruited.

The opposition CPI-M has demanded that BJP Govt must fulfill its promise on providing 50,000 Govt jobs in first one year which it promised before coming in power in its Vision Document.
