Mad rumblings of CPIM Advocate against Hon. Chief Justice continues

Agartala, October 26 (TIWN): A well known CPIM's puppet, High Court advocate and Supreme Court Bar Association member Sujit Kumar Dutta today again raised absurd allegations against Hon. Chief Justice Deepak Gupta, accusing Justice Gupta of unruly exploitation of public fund in one of the poorest states of India here today.

CPIM party and its ego driven, scam tainted chieftain stopped liking Hon. Chief Justice when Hon. Tripura High Court passed the May 7,2014  judgement of cancelling illegal recruitment of 10,323 teachers. CPIM party and Manik's obedient servants rather opening their mouth directly against judiciary due to fear of jailtime, they are engaging small touts in  character assasination exercise against  all Justices on one pretext or other. Its an irony of Indian Democracy that, sometimes when a street person with no qualification occupies a post like Minister, Chief Minister - they start behaving in Stalinist ways, starts thinking above Courts and Judiciary. So today's press conference was certainly a plan and remote control operation of Melarmath bosses to malign Hon. Chief Justice as the 10323 Teachers hearing case to come up in Supreme Court tomorrow.

So, today CPIM party through their one of the touts organized a press conference to badmouth against Hon.Chief Justice Deepak Gupta without any proof or substance. All  this advocate did is ...he sent a useless letter of false allegations against Hon.Chief Justice of Tripura to President of India.

“Being a citizen of India and as an advocate, I am duty bound to inform the above this to matter to save the prestige, dignity and honour of Administration of Justice and to uphold the meaning of constitution of India,” stated advocate Dutta in a letter to the President of India.

Dutta further added to the letter that, “Subject to the provisions of any law made by the legislature of the state, the conditions of service of officers and servants of High Court shall be such as may be prescribed by rules made by the Chief Justice of the court or by some other judge or officer of the court authorized by the Chief Justice to make rules for purpose – Provided that the rules made under this clause shall, so far as they relate to salaries, allowances, leave or pensions, require the approval of the Governor of the state.
